The philosophy and purpose of Love Our Selves is to help those who have a DESIRE to love themselves in an Inspirational, Loving, Non judgmental and FUN way. We will share our experiences, hopes and strengths which hopefully will help you find your natural unique self. Welcome and HUGS to all of you. I am GA Founder and started Love Our Selves as it is so important to my heart and soul to help people who have the DESIRE to love themselves. Learning to love myself has changed my life. I now feel beautiful, proud of myself and I LOVE who I naturally am both inside and out. I use to be a closed up flower in which I felt worthless, not beautiful and not proud of myself at all. I had shut down my feelings as I put others feelings first before mine. I had loved myself last and created such deep wounds in which I hurt my heart and soul. I will NEVER hurt my heart and soul again. Slowly I opened each petal one by one by speaking the truth from my heart and soul and making very difficult decisions in my life. I am now a fully opened beautiful flower!

I have grown so much since learning to love myself. I am really listening to my heart and soul which is telling me what I should do to live a fulfilled life. I had to learn to think all over again in which was not an easy task as society really has imprinted in our heads what we should think and do. I believe God speaks to us through our hearts and souls. Since I have started to listen to my inner feelings I get from my heart and soul I have so much happiness, inner peace, and so much love...it is beautiful. I will always speak the truth from my heart and soul.. no matter what. I am DONE DONE DONE listening to society... NO MORE...I will be listening to my soul. I learned how to love myself initially by talking and sharing with what I thought were online strangers but they were people who spoke from their hearts and helped me get through one of the most difficult times of my life.

I tried to talk to my family and friends but it was hard as I did not want to have people think I was having problems in my family life and I felt judged. It is sad that I thought that way but I feel that we were taught by society to act this way which seems to have contributed to other people also feeling and thinking like I did. It was so much easier to talk to a stranger about the most important things in my life. Now it is so easy to talk to my friends and family about anything that is going on in my life.

We want to help people...our friends and families as we do not want our children or grandchildren to go through what we have...that deep inside pain and wounds in which we inflicted deeply by not loving ourselves. It can be painful to learn to love yourself as speaking the truth from your heart and soul takes the courage and strength of a WARRIOR. I found out I have more courage and strength than I know what to do with...we all have it...we just have to find it within us! I am now a strong and honest CLYDESDALE as I love myself fully! There is no cost to belong to Love Our Selves and it is PRICELESS to help whoever has the DESIRE to love themselves.
